I have developed a keen interest in computer vision, and am always looking for opportunities to indulge myself in challenging tasks and projects. I have pursued various academic projects and research projects in this regard.
Projects
I led the computer vision division of the self-driving car project during my latest internship at Omnipresent Robot Tech and helped the company develop some state of the art techniques for object-detection, lane-detection, and 3D perception. Some example pictures are attached below.

I am currently researching on deep-learning applied computer vision, specifically object detection using fully convolutional networks. I am developing a web application called the Smart City Planner, wherein provided drone-captured images, various features pertaining to city planning are extracted using computer vision techniques.
The first version of the application has already deployed with focus on the road detection and length estimation. The post can be found here.
The second version is still under development with the tree detection and plot detection testing phase underway. Some testing images are attached below.
